At SOS Group Services we recognise that our staff are a key resource for maintaining our continued success. A strategic, professional approach to staff development helps us to attract and retain the high-calibre of staff we need to deliver our projects to the exacting standards we set.
With over 50 years experience in the building industry, our managing director is well versed in all aspects of the company’s activities. From its incorporation to present day, Phil remains as actively engaged as he did in 1977.
There from the beginning and still a massive and important influence on the company. Cheryl pushed the growth of the company in the early days, and ensured its steady path to success. Cheryl’s business negotiation skills are legendary.
Steve joined his parents in 1991 and since beginning work as a labourer, he has progressed through the company learning and understanding all aspects of the business. Steven is responsible for the overall running of the company and implementing its ongoing strategy and growth.
As the manager in charge of SOS Groups tradesmen, Steve oversees their work schedules on a day-to-day basis. In addition, Steve heads up the CCTV camera surveys checking quality and consistency and preparing quotations based on camera survey reports.
Donna joined SOS 1991 as and accounts clerk. Now, in her role as Office Manager encompasses a wide variety of duties to ensure the smooth running of the companies offices. Donna duties include credit control, checking invoices and assisting in the preparation of tenders.
Senior Administration Clark
Whilst undertaking various duties within the office, Natalie is also responsible for organising and implementing SOS Groups ongoing training programme. In addition, Natalie provides day-to-day personal assistance support to the company directors, and is actively involved in the company’s health and safety.
As well as general administration work, Charlotte handles many calls and email messages that come into SOS Group, taking details and logging the jobs. Furthermore, Charlotte ensures that our customers and clients are kept up to date with the progress of all works, and that their enquiries are directed accordingly.
